Activity Hanmer is a specialized outdoor activity company providing Corporate Events and School Camp activities in the stunningly beautiful alpine village of Hanmer Springs.

Whether you are a Corporate Group wanting an awesome team building event, a sports team on a development weekend or a school or group wanting a professional, safe and challenging package of stimulating outdoor activities, we can deliver a programme to suit you.

We host two Corporate or Group events. The Hanmer Springs Challenge-Mission Impossible, the ultimate team building event and the Forest Challenge.

Mission Impossible is a race against the clock. It involves a series of outdoor problem solving activities both physical and cerebral. They are non-threatening, non-macho and great fun.

The Forest Challenge - or Lost without Trace! This is a score orienteering event, small teams set out into the beautiful Heritage Forest to collect as many points as possible in a set time. There is no set route and teams have to come up with their own cunning plan and strategy.

Set your own pace, fast and furious or slow and steady.

Activities for school camps include rock and tree climbing, mountain biking, orienteering, mission impossible and bush skills and leadership training. We can work along side you to help you plan an awesome program for your camp.

Activity Hanmer has the Outdoors Mark, a safety audit certificate awarded by Outdoors New Zealand.
